We offer a range of services, from more in depth, intensive coaching to quicker, more general feedback. Whether you need a deep dive or a fast turnaround, we’re here to meet your needs.

Initial Meeting (1 hour 15 minutes)
Our first meeting will be a time to understand your goals as a preacher. We’ll discuss what areas you want to grow in, and I’ll ask diagnostic and background questions to get to know you—not just as a preacher, but as a person. Remember, I’m a coach, not a consultant or an expert. My goal is to walk alongside you in your growth.

Message Review & Growth Plan (5 hours total)
I will listen to three of your most recent messages and provide a concise, one-page document highlighting up to three key areas for growth. This will include practical exercises for your consideration.

Follow-up Session (2 hours)
In this session, you, along with two trusted members of your congregation, will work with me to refine and apply your growth plan. We’ll solidify what you want to work on, determine how long you’d like coaching support, and select exercises that will be most beneficial for your development.

Coaching Retainer Options
You can choose a coaching commitment of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, based on your needs and desired growth pace.

Church Planter-Establishing your Pulpit: 200$ a month 

Preaching Coaching for Church Planters

This coaching is specifically designed for church planters in their first three years.

I will meet with you three hours per month to help you develop healthy rhythms for establishing the pulpit, finding your voice, and shaping a preaching diet for your congregation. You’ll receive monthly feedback and encouragement on your sermons, along with guidance on:

• Tackling hard topics
• Creating sustainable rythems and preaching patterns 
• Handling feedback
• Preaching the Bible faithfully
• Proclaiming Christ in every passage

What You’ll Learn

✔ How to establish the pulpit as a central part of the church’s life
✔ How to shape church culture through gospel-centered preaching
✔ How to build a sustainable growth plan for when coaching ends
✔ How to develop tools for transformational preaching that impacts lives

Preaching Lab:

5-10 Preachers in a local area: 2000$ (Fri/Saturday)Preaching Lab: A Hands-On Practicum for Growing Preachers

The Preaching Lab is an immersive, hands-on practicum designed for preachers who have been honing their craft for a few years. Over the course of Friday night and Saturday, we’ll engage in five interactive sessions covering:

• The Theological Convictions of Respeaking – Understanding the foundation of preaching
• What is a Preacher? – Exploring the identity and role of a preacher
• The Weekly Rhythm of Preaching – Developing sustainable habits for sermon preparation
• Expository, Christ-Centered Preaching – Preaching with a gospel focus while keeping non-Christians in mind
• Preaching for Transformation & Cultural Change – Moving beyond information transfer to life-changing preaching
• Creating a Culture of Helpful Feedback – Learning to give and receive feedback that sharpens your preaching

And yes, we will have fun along the way!

This is ideal for pastors in the same town or city who want to grow together in their craft.  We will not focuse on writing a sermon, but preaching a message. 

“I Don’t Know What to Say!” Coaching: 75 (30 minutes)

There have been so many times in my life as a preacher when I needed to verbally process a difficult text, refine a complex illustration, or just get help putting my thoughts into words. Sometimes, I’ve faced challenging subjects that required careful nuance, and I needed honest feedback.
