About Respeak.org
At Respeak.org, we’ve been pastors and preachers for nearly thirty years. We’ve had the honor of preaching Christ to congregations of eight and to festivals of eight thousand, and everywhere in between. We’ve served in large churches, small churches, and church plants—including planting churches that have planted churches.
And through it all, two things have remained constant: we love preaching, and we love helping preachers grow in their preaching. It’s our joy to do everything we can to help preachers sharpen their craft.
Our Core Convictions
1️⃣ God is a speaking God. His words create matter, truth, and reality. Today, He speaks primarily through what He has already spoken—His divine revelation in the Old and New Testaments.
This means that preaching is the art of “Respeaking.” Faithful preachers are those who faithfully respeak what God has already spoken and what, by His Spirit, He continues to speak today. These creative words reveal His activity, His character, and His personhood—not merely for the sake of information but for the experience of God Himself. Every proposition and truth in the text points to a God who is there, a God we can encounter, a God who transforms the world. This is the heart of Respeaking—proclaiming the words God has already spoken so that they might speak today.
2️⃣ Preaching Christ truly transforms everything.
If Christ is truly preached, the church will never be the same—and neither will the world. The crucified and resurrected King is the One who re-creates—bringing transformation wherever He is faithfully proclaimed and recieved by Faith.
When we truly see Jesus in the text with eyes of Faith, our trust is built, worship happens, transfomration begins, things move, lives begin to change. Christ-centered preaching does more than inform; it awakens, renews, and transforms.
At Respeak, we believe that preaching should not just transfer information—it should ignite transformation. That’s why we are passionate about helping preachers preach the Word faithfully, so that the Word may do its transforming work.
We are dedicated to the humbling work of preaching, and the humble work of teaching preachers.
